At MV Studio Desk, We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your studio desk, please contact us within three days of delivery. To initiate a return, kindly follow these guidelines:
1. Notify us within three days of delivery.
2. Ensure the product is in brand-new condition and its original packaging.
3. Cover the return freight shipping charges, which may exceed your initial shipping cost.
Please note that returns must meet these criteria. Custom orders and bulk orders of 2 or more desks are not eligible for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and shipping labels. After our warehouse confirms the product’s brand-new condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that the refund will exclude the initial shipping fee, and a 4% or 7% transaction fee may apply based on your payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations/refunds are subject to a non-refundable 4% or 7% transaction fee, depending on your payment method. For cancellations requested more than one week after purchase, a 10% restocking fee applies. Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled.
